Bolon for Roksanda at London Fashion Week 2025

On September 20th, Bolon was proud to take part in London Fashion Week at the spring/summer 2026 fashion show for Roksanda, held at the Rosewood Chancery Hotel.

Since 2005, Roksanda has built a woman-centred fashion brand, defined by daring use of colour, sculptural silhouettes, and an unwavering commitment to empowering femininity. For this show, the catwalk itself became part of the narrative, with Bolon’s woven flooring creating an architectural foundation for her vision. We spoke with the designer about her inspirations, the role of space and materiality in fashion, and how she envisioned the future of fashion and design.

What message are you hoping to convey with this collection at London Fashion Week?
This collection explores the tension between structure and softness, inspired by Barbara Hepworth’s use of form and negative space. It’s about creating garments that hold both strength and vulnerability. A quiet celebration of emotional depth.

The catwalk at the Rosewood Chancery Hotel will feature Bolon flooring. How do the space and materials help enhance and frame your creative vision?
Bolon’s texture mirrors the collection’s dialogue between the industrial and the organic; by placing the garments sculptural quality within an architectural environment. Both my designs and Bolon's flooring play on light and shade adding interest to an otherwise two dimensional fabrication.

You have always designed for women, championing female voices and reimagining femininity. How does this philosophy continue to guide your creative process today?
I design to reflect the complexity of womanhood; strength, softness, contradiction. Each piece is a conversation with the women who wear it, shaped by their needs and strength.

Looking beyond this season, what ideas, inspirations, or cultural shifts do you believe will shape the future of fashion and design?
Sustainability, and craftsmanship. There's a shift toward design that’s rooted in care, intention, and longevity.
