For Milan Design Week 2026, we introduce BOLON STUDIO, A dedicated space for creative practice, where we are honoured to present an artistic collaboration with Italian designer Martino Gamper. With RIQUADRO, he reimagines woven flooring as an active architectural surface, transforming one of the most overlooked elements of interior space into a field of attention and experience. Gamper, known for blurring the boundaries between art and design, works with Bolon’s high-performance woven flooring, using its structural precision and durability as both medium and framework. Through modules, rhythm, and repetition, the loom becomes a drawing tool. The work invites participation, to be walked on and experienced. In this continuous interaction between object and user, design becomes lived art, and art becomes part of daily ritual.
