“It must breathe sport” was the brief for Dutch architect’s office Nieuwe with regard to the assignment of creating a shared office for two of the world’s most well-known sports brands: adidas and Reebok (both part of the adidas Group). In addition, it was essential to distinguish the two companies – the specific characteristics of each brand should emerge clearly, so that neither employee nor visitor can mistake which “world” they are in.
