This year’s stand has been exclusively designed by Neri&Hu Design and Research Office. Drawing on the fundamentals of nature, the installation fuses Scandinavian functionality and Asian simplicity – connecting the minimalist ideas that often express themselves in Scandinavian and Asian design.

4 NEW RUGS TO BE RELEASED
Following the success of 2017’s rug collections, Villa La Madonna and Duet, 4 new rugs are set to release during the Milan fair. Expanding on the existing collections’ neutral tones of wool and vinyl threads with a subtle shimmer, a new colour palette advances the collections’ textile appearance to incorporate tweeds and woven linen.

In conjunction with the Spanish design brand BD Barcelona Design, Bolon and the American designer Stephen Burks reveal an experimental line of textiles which blend industrial production with the warmth of handcraft detailing.
