Bolon is a Swedish design company, managed by sisters Annica and Marie Eklund, the third generation of the family to own the company. Under their leadership, Bolon has transformed from a traditional weaving mill into an international design brand with a list of clientele that includes Armani, Google, Volvo Cars, Adidas, Skype, Missoni and Radisson Red. With a strong commitment to sustainability, we design and manufacture all our products at our facility in Ulricehamn, Sweden. Today, Bolon is recognized worldwide for our award-winning flooring and our collaborations with some of the world’s most acclaimed innovators and creatives.
YOU ARE NEEDED
In recent years, Bolon has shown strong growth on the market in Germany. To further strengthen our position and presence, we’re now hiring an Area/Project sales manager; preferably based in Frankfurt or Stuttgart.
Are you a passionate, ambitious team player who truly wants to make a difference in an interesting and rapidly growing company? Have you got experience in B2B & relations- and project sales? Are you interested in design and good quality products? Have you got an established network integrated within the field of architecture, design, building and installations? If so, you may be the person who we are looking for.

Like everyone else in our team, we expect you to be sociable, personable and able to work both in a group and on your own initiative. In the role of an Area Sales Manager, you are expected to be an energetic and creative person with an entrepreneurial spirit. We are looking for a team player who is driven to perform, passionate about their job and appreciates transparency. You understand the needs of the clients and the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with them. You also see the value in maintaining a very high level of service and you have previous sales experience from the design and B2B market. Fluency in English is expected.
THIS IS WHAT’S EXPECTED
This role will include the tasks of:
– Build and develop the Bolon brand awareness within the region that you are responsible for.
– Further develop and increase Bolon’s sales by implementing and following up sales activities focused on our target audiences.
– Build and further develop strong relationships with architects, designers, end-users and installers.
– Responsible for implementing and following up sales activities.
– Responsible for customer travel to Bolon HQ as well as to fairs and exhibitions. This role expects a lot of traveling.
You will report to the Chief Sales Officer, headquartered in Sweden.
