Bolon is a Swedish design company, managed by sisters Annica and Marie Eklund, the third generation of the family to own the company. Under their leadership, Bolon has transformed from a traditional weaving mill into an international design brand with a list of clientele that includes Armani, Google, Volvo Cars, Adidas, Skype, Missoni and Radisson Red. With a strong commitment to sustainability, we design and manufacture all our products at our facility in Ulricehamn, Sweden. Today, Bolon is recognized worldwide for our award-winning flooring and our collaborations with some of the world’s most acclaimed innovators and creatives.

YOU ARE NEEDED!

Are you a passionate and ambitious team player who truly wants to make a difference in an interesting and rapidly growing company? Do you have experience in B2B & relations- and project sales? Are you interested in design and good quality products? Do you have an established network integrated within the field of architecture, design, building and installations? If so, you may be the person we are looking for.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Have previous sales experience from the design and B2B market

  • Be sociable, personable and able to work both in a group and on your own initiative

  • Have a positive approach, even when the pressure is on

  • Have the ability to freely share your opinions, ideas and take on initiatives

  • Be energetic and creative with an entrepreneurial spirit

  • Be a team player eager to perform, passionate about your job and transparent in your communication

  • Understand the needs of the clients and the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with them

  • See the value in maintaining a very high level of service

  • Be open to frequent travels (25%)

  • Be fluent in English and a native Dutch speaker

  • Preferably live in Amsterdam 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, based in Sweden, your responsibilities include:

  • Build and develop the Bolon brand awareness within the Dutch market

  • Build and further develop strong relationships with architects, designers, end-users and installers.

  • Further develop and increase Bolon’s sales by implementing and following up sales activities focused on Bolon’s target audiences

  • Implement and follow up sales activities

  • Attend customers’ trips to Bolon HQ as well as fairs and exhibitions
